Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Companies with 10 employees or fewer can use Mexus free, forever – no credit card required.
How long does the Premium offer last?
The 60% discount on Premium is available for a limited time only, so sign up while it's on.
Are there minimum user numbers?
Premium has a minimum of 20 user accounts and Enterprise has a minimum of 100. The Free plan supports up to 10 users.
Which currencies can I pay in?
You can pay in US dollars, British pounds or euros – use the switcher at the top of the page to see prices in your currency.
Can I change plan or cancel?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
